SAND + STEEL | Indiana Dunes Collab
Sand + Steel
Created in collaboration with Indiana Dunes National Park and Indiana Dunes Tourism, Sand and Steel reflects the identity of Northwest Indiana, where the beauty of the dunes meets the strength of the steel mills that line the lakefront. It’s a project rooted in contrast and connection, honoring both the land we’ve grown up with and the people who have built their lives here. This release features an organic coffee from Tolima, Colombia, grown in the richly biodiverse region of the Cordillera de Calarma. Much like the Indiana Dunes, the landscape is dynamic and ecologically significant. Smallholder farmers cultivate and process each lot by hand, using sustainable practices passed down through generations.
The result is a vibrant, carefully crafted coffee with notes of apricot, mandarin zest, cocoa butter, and blackberry.
Sand + Steel represents the balance between natural beauty and human effort and between preservation and progress. This coffee is part of an ongoing commitment to both our local landscape and a more sustainable, transparent coffee future, starting with farmers and ends in your cup.
